Knit a Fair - isle hat workshop

Learn how to knit a Fair Isle hat in this two-hour workshop of colourwork in the round. Caroline Goddard has designed this hat pattern specially for the class. You will learn how to read a simple chart and use a stranded colour-work technique to get great tension and stitch definition.

DK Yarn: 50g main colour, 20g x3 contrasting shades
60cm circular knitting needles

Please note that materials including (but not limited to) knitting needles, yarn, and stitch markers are not included in the course price. Please come in to our yarn shop or purchase online before the class date in preparation.

 

We will send the pattern to you ahead of the session so that you can cast on and do the rib section before the class so that you can go straight into the colorwork part!
