Wool School Cancellation Policy

All classes and workshop booking are Non-refundable.

More than 7 days’ notice; you may request an exchange for store credit issued as an Ida’s house gift card subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Within 7 days of the event we are unable to offer any refund or store credit for cancellation made for any reason.

Requests to move to another class or date are treated as cancellations and are subject under the same policy above.

Illness:  If you notify us within 7 days of the class that you are unwell or may have an infection, your booking will be treated as a cancellation under the same terms.  We appreciate your consideration for others’s health.

Multi-day events:  For multi-session workshops the fee covers all sessions.  We cannot offer partial refunds or credit for missed sessions.

External factors:  We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, transport issues, personal health or seasonal illnesses.

Transfers:  You may transfer your place to another person if you are unable to attend.  Please inform us of the name of change in advance.

Class cancellations by Idas House:  In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or be offered a place on an alternative date (subject to availability).
