Learn to knit Fair isle in the round.
Learn how to create Fair Isle colour work hat in this workshop. the two hour workshop runs from 10.30 to 12.30.
Caroline Goddard has designed this hat pattern specially for the class! You will learn how to read a simple chart and use a stranded colour-work technique to get great tension and stitch definition.
The hat is knitted in DK you will need 50g for the main colour and 20g of three contrasting shades. a 60cm circular needle.
We will send the pattern to you ahead of the session so that you can cast on and do the rib section before the class so that you can go straight into the colorwork part!
This is one of many knitting classes that we hold in our Wool School space in Lewes
