Sleeveless in September

Hello Yarn Lovers, I am back from a wonderful holiday in Northern Spain full of Pintxos and am super excited for the new season!

To be honest I did hardly any knitting whilst I was away as it was a tad hot and we were in the van. Still I am back at it now and am trying to finish my Harvest Flower which is still languishing in my project bag. In our heads we know that the weather will suddenly change and we will be reaching for a layering piece to extend our summer wardrobes before cuddling up into a favourite sweater.

To this end Caroline and ! have chosen 4 vest designs for your consideration. Knittable whilst the weather is warm as without the sleeves your knitting wont be so hot in your lap. All of the patterns use a double knitting gauge so that can be so many combinations or a single strand of something lovely.

Here are our suggestions for a Slipover September:
Hazel Slipover by Along avec Anna
Solange Vest by Moreca Knit
Meander Vest By Clara Pushin
Vest Number 1 by My Favourite Things Knitwear.

New yarns will be arriving at HQ throughout August in rich Autumn tonal shades and some interesting new fibres - but more if that in our next newsletter - sign up so you never miss the latest info! Did you see we've added Ito Yarn to our collection?

The NEW Autumn Wool School timetable is live. I have listed all your favourites plus some new ideas for you to consider. As you all know we keep to small groups of 6 so if you have been wanting to do one of our knitting workshops now is the time to sign up.

Keep knitting everybody,
Lots of woolly love,
Jayne x
