Keeping you safe during your visit to Ida's House.

We take your safety during your visit to Ida's House yarn shop UK very seriously. You can be reassured that we are doing everything to keep the shop, ourselves and the yarn Covid -19 free.

One customer will be permitted in the shop at a time. To avoid waiting please telephone for a 30 minute appointment on 01883 345220.

Hand sanitiser is available for you to use on arrival.

Please take a seat and we will bring yarn and accessories for you to see, any yarn that has been touched by another customer will have been removed from display for 72 hours before offering it for sale.

All areas open to our customers will be cleaned after every visit. Chair, table, & the card machine.

We will wear a face covering during your visit which will be maintained as per the government guidelines. 

We will endeavour to serve you from a safe distance.

In return we ask you not to visit if you feel unwell and observe the measures we have put in place for everyone's safety.
