Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ida's House. Should you decide that your purchase is not what you were looking for you are able to return it to us for credit or refund.

If you have ordered via our website then you can return you items in a saleable condition to us and we will refund your order and the postage you paid us to get the goods to you. You are responsible for the return postage and for getting the item back to us to us. 

If you have purchased in store then we will accept a return, provided we have the colour and dye lot on the shelf still. We will offer a store credit in the first instance, if you have proof of purchase then we will offer a refund.
